As an Assistant Director, you get to:

Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
  • Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed daycare or child care facility.
  • Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation $22.16-$23.02/hourly based on education and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
  • Heath insurance, medical, dental, vision and FSA, provided for full-time employees. Limited medical available for part-time workers.
