As an Assistant Director, you get to:

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred.
- Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed daycare or child care facility.
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation $22.16-$23.02/hourly based on education and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
