Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.
- Implement the Company-provided curriculum.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean and organized.
- Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and developing young minds!
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends!
- Qualified Teachers must have 750 hours in a licensed childcare facility or 9 quarter hours in ECE or closely related field.
- Certified Guides must have a Montessori Certification (MACTE preferred)
