Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and energetic Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities: 
  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development in line with curriculum standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging respectful interactions among children.
  • Support children’s individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services, ensuring inclusive participation.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and supervising children at all times.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative activities that enhance childhood development and classroom management strategies.
  • Document daily activities, assessments, and observations to track each child's growth and inform future lesson planning.

Experience: 
  • Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
  • Experience with curriculum development that includes literacy education, Montessori methods, or standardized testing preparation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
  • Classroom experience involving lesson planning for toddlers or preschool-aged children is desirable.
  • Knowledge of childcare best practices including toddler care, teaching physical education, and promoting child welfare.
