Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning, curiosity, and respect among children.
- Monitor and support children's behavior through effective behavior management strategies.
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum development initiatives tailored to diverse learning styles and special education requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of children's progress, including assessments related to standardized testing and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, milestones, and classroom experiences.
