What You’ll Do:
- Deliver authentic Montessori experiences rooted in observation and individualized learning.
- Serve as a mentor to assistant teachers and help shape classroom culture.
- Foster strong relationships with families through consistent communication and transparency.
- Maintain an organized, engaging, and peaceful learning environment.
- Ensure all licensing, health, and safety standards are followed.
What You Bring:
- Montessori Certification (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience leading a classroom and developing lesson plans.
- A passion for child-led learning and commitment to Montessori principles.
- Meets all state licensing and school-specific requirements.
