Requirements:

Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting with classroom management expertise.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, literacy education, and Montessori techniques.
Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate math, physical education, and developmental activities suitable for toddlers and preschoolers.
Certification or coursework in childhood development or early childhood education preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
